When will I receive my order ?

Packages are usually shipped the same day after receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature and courier by carrier depending on the weight of your order.
Delivery against signature is also available. 
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link by email that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom.

DELIVERIES

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. So that we can resolve this issue quickly, please email us at  info@artblossom.fr  within one week, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details of your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

Secure payment

When you make a payment on our site via PayPlug, they are directed to a   PayPlug  payment page that is completely secure using the HTTPS protocol . 

The payment process is therefore carried out directly on the secure PayPlug server.
Sensitive data, such as the customer's bank card number and its expiration date,  are fully encrypted and protected using a TLS protocol to prevent the information exchanged from being intercepted in plain text by a third party during the transaction. transaction.

Return and refund

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if your order has a problem, please let us know by contacting us at  info@artblossom.fr.

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive damaged items.
