30 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE
ART|BLOSSOM is a manufacturer of scented candles poured to your brand. We have been manufacturing for over 30 years on behalf of major brands, as a manufacturer or subcontractor. At the same time, we have been able to develop other customizable products such as indoor perfume sprays, capillary perfume diffusers, and also solid perfumes.
THE PRODUCTION
With three production lines (manual, semi-automatic, and automatic) of scented candles, our differentiated equipment allows us to adapt to any size of production with the same responsiveness: from 100 pieces and up to your projects of 100 000 pieces or more.
WAX
We rigorously select the best raw materials to develop our waxes and constantly adapt our formulas to integrate new generations of more environmentally friendly components. We work with mineral, mixed and vegetable waxes. Adjustments to the size of the wicks and the wax/perfume mixtures are carried out according to strict and proven protocols in order to limit the release of soot as much as possible.
PERFUME
We collaborate with the Grassois laboratories to offer you quality perfumes that perfectly meet your aspirations. And as with each element of your project we can also integrate your own perfume. Most of the perfumes used are French and certified without CMR (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, Reproductively Toxic Substances), they all meet French and European standards and do not contain Benzene, Formaldehyde and acrolein.
THE CONTAINER & PACKAGING
We offer you a choice of containers (glass, bottle) which can be lacquered or decorated according to your expectations depending on the quantities chosen. We recommend packaging (case, box) adapted to your products, all customizable because we work with service providers selected for their high reliability.
DESIGN
You have your decor in mind, we can make it happen. By screen printing, or a label, your container will reveal the identity of your brand.
LABORATORY TESTS
A series of tests ensure optimum quality in compliance with European standards. We first carry out a search for the best olfactory diffusion by adapting the wax, adjusting the wick, and testing in olfactory booths. In particular, we carry out combustion tests and soot emissions measurements.
REGULATIONS
All our perfumes comply with European standards IFRA and CLP CE N°1907/2006. For all our room fragrance products, we apply AFNOR, EN, ASTM, and CLP standards (labeling and fire safety standards).
